The Civil Engineering Section is an academic community in charge of training professionals with skills to integrate interdisciplinary work teams, responsible for the design and construction of sustainable infrastructure works. They also develop research in the areas of construction, structures, transportation, hydraulics, geotechnics and sustainability.
We are a community committed to the sustainable development of our country, formed by teachers with a solid academic background and inspired by ethical principles and Catholic values. We aim to generate, transfer and disseminate scientific and technological knowledge through research, academic training of our students, human development, innovation and specialized services.
The Civil Engineering Section is an important national and international academic reference, which carries out integral, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research activities that contribute to the improvement of quality of life and sustainable development.
