Annual Meeting of Research Faculty from the PUCP Engineering Department

On October 2, within the framework of LinkING PUCP 2025 and Research Month, the Annual Meeting of Tenure Track and Full-Time Research Professors of the Academic Department of Engineering was held at OPEN PUCP.

This space brought together our researchers incorporated since 2022 to strengthen the academic community, promote interdisciplinary collaboration and share experiences on the challenges and opportunities of doing impact research at PUCP.

We had inspiring presentations by Dr. Fernando Torres, Dr. Lisard Torró and Dr. Suyeon Kim, who shared their trajectories and lessons learned as researchers. The day also included thematic discussions on professional development, attracting funding, quality publications and mentoring of new talent.

We thank all participants for their enthusiasm and commitment to the growth of research in the Engineering Department.
